The booking of any tour offered by ARGENTINA POLO ACADEMY constitutes a contract between you (the travelling person) and ARGENTINA POLO ACADEMY, and confirms your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully the latest version prior to booking.
How to Make a Reservation
You can reserve your tour via email or phone. In order to be valid your reservation has to be confirmed by ARGENTINA POLO ACADEMY. A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of 25% of the total amount due is required to make a reservation. Your reservation can be automatically canceled if the deposit is not received by ARGENTINA POLO ACADEMY within one week of booking.
Deposit & Final Payment
Together with our confirmation you will receive a booking invoice. Please contact us immediately if your invoice appears to be incorrect or incomplete.
We accept bank + paypal transfers and cash payment. The transaction costs of any transfer should be neutral for ARGENTINA POLO ACADEMY. Final payment is due on arrival.
Changes and Cancellations
In case of your cancellation more than one month of the date of your tour, your non-refundable deposit will be retained. In case of cancellation between 30 and 7 days before departure, ARGENTINA POLO ACADEMY will receive 20% of the total amount. In case of cancellation within 7 days of departure, 50% of the amount will be received.
You may transfer your booking to another suitable person with a written notice at least 30 days prior to departure. In that case an administration fee of 50 US$ is due plus any costs imposed by other suppliers.
Changes and Cancellations by ARGENTINA POLO ACADEMY
Due to weather or other conditions any changes of itineraries, hotels and transportation can be made by ARGENTINA POLO ACADEMY without notice in the interest of the safety or the successful completion of the tour. We always will try to provide the same standard of quality as stated in the tour description. These changes are not refundable and ARGENTINA POLO ACADEMY is not responsible for any expenses that you may have such as visas, vaccinations, non-refundable flights, loss of enjoyment, etc. . The same occurs if you choose not to participate in any part of the program.
Changes in Departure Times
It is possible that flight companies and other tour operators change departure times, even on short notice. Therefore, you should always confirm your departure time within 24 hours of departure.
Travelers Who Need Special Assistance on Tours
If you need special attention you need to inform us at the time of your reservation. We try to accommodate special needs, but are not responsible for any denial of services by other independent suppliers. Most transportation services are not equipped with wheelchair ramps. If you need special assistance a qualified companion must accompany you and must assume full responsibility for your well being.
Travelers who are less than 18 years old on the departure date must be accompanied by an adult who takes full responsibility throughout the duration of the tour.
Vacation prices are per person. Prices are subject to increase without notice.
Prices do include what is stated in each tour description, they do not include any other cost ie: passport and visas; vaccinations, baggage charges; airport and port taxes; laundry; telephone; items of a personal nature; food, beverages, wine or liquor, unless indicated; items not included on regular menus; additional sightseeing not specified in the itinerary; gratuities; and personal health, accident, baggage or travel protection plans and insurances.
Visas & Passports
You are responsible for all visas and entry documents, for health and other requirements, and for any documents you may need. ARGENTINA POLO ACADEMY is not responsible for providing you with specific visa and passport and health information.You should always carry your passport with you.
Please be aware that horseback riding is not without dangers and ARGENTINA POLO ACADEMY does not accept any responsibility in this respect. We will not have liability regarding provision of medical care or the adequacy of any care. Anyway we will use our best efforts to ensure that adequate measures are taken. In case of medical problem arising during the trip, which results in costs for evacuation, flights or repatriation, the responsibility for payment of these costs belongs to you. You must be covered by travel insurance policy that includes emergency evacuation and repatriation. In case of no such insurance the responsibility is still yours.
We ask you to striktly follow the instructions of our tour guide and reserve the right to reject or remove any participant whose conduct is incompatible with the common interest. In that case we will neither refund nor cover any cost you may occur.
Please advise us of any specific diet you want or need to take care of.
Any other services provided by independent contractors are not agents, employees, servants, or joint venturers of ARGENTINA POLO ACADEMY and we do not take any responsibility therefore.
ARGENTINA POLO ACADEMY is also not responsable for any damage, loss (including personal injury, death, and property loss), or expense occasioned by any act or omission of any supplier providing services, or any other person.
Any dispute between you and ARGENTINA POLO ACADEMY must be resolved under Argentine law before the Courts in the City of Buenos Aires and must be commenced within one year after tour completion. We are not liable for any punitive damages, nor for any other than compensatory damages.
